Having said that,I want to solicit public opinion as to whether Chairman Rawlings´characterization of Okudjeto Ablakwa,Fiifi Kwatey,Agyenim Boateng and others as" babies with charp teeth" was
fair?

I am not advocating rudeness from our members towards our elders but I believe that Okudjeto Ablakwa and Fiifi kwatey did a good job by holding NPP in check in view of the uncouth pronoucements coming from NPP members like this Obiri Boahene.

Are we operating two set of standards where only NDC members and functionaries are force to toe a certain line while our political rivals have field day.

I think Okudjeto Ablakwa and Fiifi kwetey need to be part of our campaign team going forward.While Fiifi Kwetey team up with our economic team,Ablakwa will join the communication team along side Dr Spio Garbrah.

Elections is not between tribes but parties. I always say this to people like you- go to Kumasi and more precisely "Awonaga and Awona-Fante New Town" and see how accommodating Ashantis are to Ewes. Go there and investigate, conduct a survey and see if your ewe brothers and sisters are made to feel any inferior. Their nubers are ever increasing day in day out and why is it so if they feel unwelcome. Be honest with yourself and answer ne if you'd have done same if the tables were turned. I've lived in Ho, Kpove, Kpetoe, Adidome cos my dad was a cop and i can say on authority that we weren't so enthused about their behavior towards "ebrum" but we understood them and withered the storm. They did it to Dr. Afari Gyan when they lost the elections of 2008 and 2012 and they have started to do the same thing with the current EC chair. See the way they and their sorogates have started to fish hard to get some "dirt" to besmear her since they realised that she was not going to allow them to be their "push over".

I would like to start by saying that Dr. Bawumia is a very intelligent and astute man. He is very reputable in his field, and his respect is very well deserved. However, he is seriously hurting his credibility with this political game of half truths and cursory work, especially on this issue of a new voters register. I believe Ghana needs a new voters register IF AND ONLY IF there is ample cause to conclude that an audit or clean up will be insufficient to ensure free and fair elections. Dr Bawumia and is team, however have failed Ghanaians in this regard due to their shoddy and politically charged work. First of all, he concludes that a new register is needed after presenting only 10% of his work. What about the other 90%? What if he finds out that those alleged 70,000+ Togolese were dual citizens of Ghana and Togo, and thus have the prerogative to be registered voters in both countries? That was extremely careless of him. He needs to be aware that there are Togolese who were born in Ghana and vice versa, and to consider someone as an illegal entry in the EC voters register, one needs to confirm that the said person is first of all NOT a Ghanaian citizen, and then NOT of legal age and sound mind. He fails to do all of this, and then presents his conclusions without due diligence, all in the name of politics. Using that logic, he should also attack some of the people who are citizens of the US, UK, Germany, Spain, Congo, Mali, Niger, etc etc etc etc...Whose names happen to appear on the Ghanaian register and ensure that they're not dual citizens, because that still makes them legal. Now, they're drawing credibility from the Togolese opposition party!?!? Really?! The opposition party of all people... And not the more credible Togolese EC. My advice to him is to be straight up honest with Ghanaians and provide the better alternative to this disappointing NDC administration, and leave the game of politics alone, because it is only going to hurt him.

There's nothing like fairness in the way the EC is addressing issues concerning the 2016 elections which is very unfortunate.
