    That is like saying 1 in 10 was caught doing something wrong. Just to much.If it was 1 in 300 it would still be scandalous but not as much.

    The fact is that if more people had been tempted the number would have increased considerably. The rest should only count themselves lucky including the very Judge making this statement.
