  Aubame was a goal machine in 2015.
  He deserved it.
  
  Afcon alone is not the criterion.
  Anyway, Toure won Afcon, Dede did not, and as at award date, Toure's team was 3rd from the top while Dede's was 4th from the bottom.

  So without Aubame, it should have gone to Toure.
  The 1-2-3 positions this year are right.
  
  Are the winners not selected through a vote by Africa's coaches?
  
  Does free TV in the Francophones prevent the coaches from watching the Anglophone players in Europe? Do the Anglo players not have the same exposure as the Francos on free TV?
