  How can this be posible ,when you still have a case in hand to deside on. Should RTU start signing players or what? We dont want corruption. They should better come out clear.

  Set a day aside for the commencement GPL always. Be free and fair to all FCs and inform each club who can play a match or who has cards hence can't play to FC and general public.
