Do you understand mate meho? That means seperation! Yes the Ashantis didn't want to be part of this failed country which has been let loose to be ruled by Togolese. They were right then and if they rise up today, it will also be right. They had an advanced economy before the take over of their kingdom by the British so if the British were leaving they found no sense in it to be part of the nation hence their campaign for mate meho.It was the UP party that seperated from the UGCC to demand mate meho it was rather the CPP that seperated from the UGCC which should mean mate meho. Q) Are Ghanian's abroad paying less in rent and utilities as we are made to believe?
A) Not if they live in London (U.K), and are not receiving benefit allowances from the Government.
The average rent paid for 2 bedroom accommodation in London is more than £1000 per month. In addition you have to pay monthly Council Tax (which is a tax for living in the area), which averages more than £100 per person- per month. Utilities could easily add another £100 per month. London is in the top 5 of most expensive cities in the World. These are quotes for renting property if you have a mortgage loan it could easily be double of the above amounts.
Q) Too much politics is destroying our Country?
A) Lack of patriotism, Corruption, Greed, Selfishness & Tribal Divisions are destroying Ghana.

But tell me if it's good economics if you use money freed as a result of debt forgiveness to support your weak currency to flood the country with cheap imports and in the process kill local industries.

Tell me if it's good economics if because I want to steal, I change the currency, inflate the cost of the contract, refuse to put any figure on the money exchanged and then steal millions of the new currency when it is known that any currency exchange drives up inflation.

Tell me if it isn't outright crime if I aid my cronies to form an oil company with an invaluable state proprietary information and then turn around to sign an unconscionable contract between the company and my government.

Tell me if it isn't outright tribalism and crime to boot if I give $35m loan from the IMF/World Bank, meant to develop 33 traditional areas in the country, as gift to only two traditional chiefs linked to my governing Party.

How would you feel if I couldn't account for about $500m Millennium Fund given to improve agriculture?
