  Registrars and clerks are the reasons why criminals and offenders walk chest outs in Ghana. We hate to see colleagues who commit crimes punished yet we fail to constantly admonish uprightness. She must be dismissed.

  Indeed, the registrars and clerks are the bane of the judiciary. They are the gatekeepers manning the gate for almost all acts of corruption and delay of cases in the country. "Missing" Folders Syndrome is completely orchestrated by them.
  
  In this case, if the Judge was misled by the action of Catherine to dismiss the case, she cannot be blamed and sanctioned. So, she didn't receive any pardon, as being claimed here. She was cleared of wrong-doing, not pardoned for doing something wrong.

  If you really understand due process, then avail yourselves with the Law and go to court after the internal processes have been exhausted and you are not satisfied. I vividly remember that Justice Torkonoo immediately after discovering the error, apologised and reversed her ruling.Her position is different from that of the Registrar. If the Judge was not queried, that does not mean the Register should be pardoned. Tell the Registrar to appear before the Disciplinary Committee and explain why she committed that serious blunder. The Judicial Service Staff should know better,

  I don't know any judicial staff member who is not corrupt. It is so shameful from missing files. changing of dates., extorting money from poor litigants and receiving bribe from rich litigants etc.

  Catherine De zo. Is very crook Register she did similar when she was in fast track high court she work with Frauters to achieved what they want from court she deserve that. A very bad woman

  Without any pre condition the registrar must be pardoned as the judge has been pardoned.All of them made a mistake and by dint of the position of the judge,he has been pardoned while the registrar is still on interdiction. We are all not perfect including the judge who did not re check before taken action on the matter concerned.

  Senr citizen you do not live in Germany from the way you are talking. Judiciary clerks and registrars have caused many serious problems for justice delivery in the country by virtue of their doings. Do you know the number of cases that have had their files missing? Take an example of where Joe Ghartey as AG swore that a file had not reached his office and after several months of quarreling the files were retrieved.
  Would the German justice system tolerate such acts and call them "to err is human?"

  Most of these registrars have turn themselves judges and middle men/women,they settle cases in their homes and charges exorbitant fees..but its unfortunate the judge has been pardoned..she also deserves same.

  A REGISTRAR NOT KNOWING WHAT IS WAS DOING? SERIOUS. SHE IS GAMBLING WITH JUSTICE IN GHANA.SHE MUST GO TO ALLOW THE JUDICIARY STAFF BE CLEANED.

  They are as corrupt as anything and all of them require serious intro-inspection. I am sure a lot of Ghanaians have fallen victims to their bad attitudes.
