They are buying the fuel to power the machines for now because of election 2016. They have planned to do a lot of things to deceive Ghanaians until the elections are over. In the unlikely event that they win, they will then come back & reverse all such decisions & impose huge taxes to recoup whatever expenditure was incurred. Come to think of purported employment of 20,000 for YEA, 3000 for nurses,putting money in school feeding, very soon they will put money in NHIS etc. ask yourself why this time? It's strategic. They know Ghanaians have weak minds & do not think about the future, so let's open our eyes & not allow ourselves to be deceived. Thanks
