Wrong information. Hearts and Kotoko played against 2 different teams in Libya. It is not logical to examine both Hearts and Kotoko with those matches. In any case football doesn't follow any logic. For example, the fact that hearts has score lions 4 and kotoko scored the same lions 2 does not mean hearts is better than kotoko or vice -versa. Comparism can be made when the 2 teams play against each other. The comparison can also be done when the 2 teams are competing in the same competition. Come again coach and ghamaweb. Although it is a fact that hearts are rebuilding, that comparism is neither here nor there. There is difference between comparing the current form of the 2 teams and the general conclusion that team A is better than team B.
