  This story has several irregularities. Firstly, the accused person pleaded guilty... to what? and with what explanation? He can not be both the kidnapper and an impersonator at the same time. If he was the kidnapper, then he is not a con man as the heading suggests, a kidnapper is not a con man, he is a kidnapper and not pretending. So which is it that the police is charging him with?
