  The boy has many challenges. You can't fit in well if the existing players who know themselves decide to play around you, kill your confidence by not talking to you a lot etc. We should not make negative comments but understand that, if he can do well on big stages for the Black Stars, he can do well on any stage, he is one of our best players. It is not a question about his skills and will to win, it is about negative forces around him. I hope the coach understands that and find ways to make the best out of him instead of shipping him around.
