Kayayei turning up in droves to support the NDC clearly shows that they regret not taking Nana Addo up on his promise of hostels and rather believe John Mahama and the NDC's vague promises in 2012. Thye were fooled once in 2008, again in 2012 by the NDC, but this time refuse to be fooled a third time in 2016.

Any politician who tries to convince people that taxes are a bad thing do not deserve to be a president. The problem does not lie in the taxes; it has more to do how the tax monies are used. I have lived in US for years as a Chartered Accountant, and I know the importance the US government attaches to tax administration. Taxes imposed on individuals and businesses are the largest source of revenue for the US government. It is a serious issue if a person is found guilty of evading taxes. The US government can put anyone in jail for tax evasion, whether you're rich, poor, young, old, or all-die-be-die politician. No exception.
