Actually, the measures our government has put in place is that they have installed two ambassadors to Al Qaida in the country so they can mediate with Al Qaida on our behalf for Al Qaida to show mercy.

Those taking $1000 dollars are now taking $500, so hardships are compelling takers of bribe from poor citizens have increased astronomically in all sectors.
