Be brave and move on, you have the kids to tend to, you've got to show a brave face even though you're hurting inside, so the kids know they can count on you, and keep encouraging them that even though they feel his absence, he is there in spirit looking over them, so whenever they miss him they should talk to him, it's a never ending pain but you can pull through.

I wish to convey those with High Blood Pressure and close to 50 yrs. Pls. make sure to buy a High Blood Pressure monitor ASAP to monitor your HB daily. They cost less than $50 a pop. FYI: A friend of mine just lost his father-in-law just last week Thurs. whilst he was out doing shopping with his daughter and his two little grandsons. Whilst in the grocery store, he complained of chest discomfort. His daughter and his little grandsons asked him to take it easy and sat him down in a chair in front of a pharmacist discharging prescription drugs. He suddenly collapsed and died in front of shoppers in a huge store. His sudden death sent a shock wave to those who knew him. It was later learned that his doctor had booked an appointment for him to go the hospital for stints (spell chk later) implant operation by the hospital doctor last week Monday. He ignored his doctor and didn't show up at the hospital nor the operation. He never told his wife, his two daughters nor his sons. Upon his death, the hospital morgue found the hospital appointment note in his back pocket. This even made their pains and grieve even worse. For the chance they ALL missed. Only if they knew?
