  If in the Minister's statement indicate the government will not change anything in respect of percentage increase, then why is he asking Labour Unions to come to nogotiation table?
  Fellow ghanaians,the NDC government is confused.My advice is to examine your situation in the country, base upon that, then you vote for a party who you think can deliver.
