  Expert. Who made him expert. This title comes with years of experience and not a 2012 degree in international relations. Having the priviledge to access state confidential secrets does not made you an expert. I have been a U.N diplomat for 20 years as an intelligence analyst but I can pride myself as an international relations or security expert. The media are misusing the word.
