Is it not normal to build some kind of temporary "cage" when digging or drilling to prevent this type of accident from happening? Our idiotic Ghanaian government accepts anyone who has money. The safety and welfare of Ghanaians is more important than a few dollars.

  Yea the govt should close it down. They are not paying well to get good health and safety officers. And that's what most company out there are doing. They always go for cheap labour and that's the result they get.
