  Mr. Polo please the fact that one is an ex -footballer doesn't mean one will be a good trainer. Some might not have teaching skills. Some people are trained to teach and others are trained to play. But a good player might not ...

  Mr. Polo please the fact that one is an ex -footballer doesn't mean one will be a good trainer. Some might not have teaching skills. Some people are trained to teach and others are trained to play. But a good player might not have the skill to train. A good player who becomes a trainer will mostly want players to learn very accurately and fast like himself but it doesn't work like that.
