  Any type of lawlessness is dangerous to some people in a society. But lawlessness regarding guns is a disaster to everybody in every society. The Ministry of Agriculture should promote animal husbandry and discourage bush hunting. If bush hunting should continue, the hunters must pay seasonal or annual fees. In any case, all guns in the country should be registered and licensed by their owners.
