You have a whole president who does not give a damn to our sensibilities and constitution; he would rather relish looking good to the Americans - who are upholding their laws by the way - and cheapens and break ours without blinking an eye. How do you expect the pastor to talk to a president who does not respect his nation, sweet talk him and kiss his ass? The pastor was speaking truth to power. Ghana is not the property of John Mahama for him to toy with. If those 2 Gitmos are so blameless then why should Ghana become a Guantanamo annex by importing them here and putting them under 24/7 surveillance instead of letting them go home? Whilst you are on the president side, did you hear what presidential footsie lickers like Akokufunu Anyidoho said about the priests? I guess that was okay by your books Michael Ampong. You are the kind of people who make it easy for the NDC to dribble pass the NPP; always running to their side to provide them with the excuses and pleads to give them a pass. Thank God you failed in your attempt to become the National Youth Organizer of the NPP. Go sit where Wrecking Brobbey and the like are......we can't afford your loose mouth. Have you ever heard of any NDC man chastising their party on this Gitmos issue......they don't but I can bet you there are many who don't agree with the president. We have been in this country when the uncompleted extension of the runway of Kumasi Regional Airport has been described by the Mahama NDC gov't as an ultra modern international airport comparable to any international airport in the US, Germany, France, UK, Holland, China, Hong Kong, etc, etc. So what does the Mahama NDC gov't means by an ultra modern Kumasi central market because Ghanaians have had it with mediocre leadership and propaganda.

If no funds were involved then who was going to look after the Gitmo 2? So common sense tells us that the Gitmo 2 would have to be fed and of course any reasonable person would use his common sense to decide on where to send these terrorists. That was why the US didn't let them stay on their soil. Just wait till the Flagstaff House is brought down before you come to realize that common sense was the right word to be used. Men of God revered leaders of their nations at the time. Though the Bible says thou shalt not touch my anointed, it is expected of the anointed to behave well and speak well in all things in the same bible. Some well-known self-proclaimed anointed ones have been very loud and one sided in the past and now. Just like the past general secretary of GPC from particular religious group during the NPP era. They try to talk for God when God has not asked them to do a PR for Him. Recently, I heard a group of anointed ones trying to invoke the Seven Spirits of God NOT for the Improvement of Ghana so citizens can be free from hardships but to make one mere human dump. So these are the type of misplaced priorities they use the power of God for? They are not interested in praying for the nation with the power given them but to use it to destroy humans who talk back to them for not doing the right thing. I do not support koku Anyiodoho for talking hash to them but they went too far by quoting the Seven Spirits of God. The Seven Spirits of God are not for trivial issues. They are for serious mega spiritual warfare businesses. B. Danquah's imprisonment without trial? The Catholic Bishops do not know the difference between good and bad anyway. Their apology does not mean anything good to change their understandings. Fellow Ghanaians, President Obama wanted the Gitmo prisoners be put on trial and the majority lawmakers would prefer detaining them without trial indefinitely. Hope you understand President Mahama's good gesture as humanitarian act. The Catholic Bishops are walking across the street when robbers stabbed someone bleeding and will not help as the Bible indicated. They need to go back to Emissano Seminary for a refresher course. When a friend hinted that Amponng was embittered and disgruntled after his failed attempt at the youth organizer position, I didn't believe him until last Saturday on Alhaji and Alhaji. As a matter of fact Amponng was a delight to watch, distracting himself like a small boy on stage for the first time. It was terribly terrible listening to him in his muffled voice struggling to make sense from his obtuse argument on topics he seemed to lack knowledge. Threw the rules regarding sentence construction to the wind. Subject/Verb agreement non existent. I felt for him and you could fathom the host and the other panelists were either embarrassed and/or unhappy or enjoying in the misfortune of the prodigal son of the opposite side of the political divide. This is what happens when one becomes so treacherous and callous towards ones kilt and kin. Amponng, don't become a laughing stock and repent to save your budding but shaggy political ambition.
