THE PNC IS CONCENTRATED IN THE NORTH AND HAS BECOME PEPEFUO NORTHERN CONGRESS (PNC). ON THE OTHER HAND CPP APPEARS AS HAVING BEEN EMBRACED ACROSS THE COUNTRY. BOTH PNC AND CPP SHOULD SET UP A JOINT COMMITTEE TO WORK OUT THE MODALITIES FOR A MERGER. THEY CAN REQUEST POLITICAL SCIENCE LECTURERS AND PROFESSORS TO ASSIST THEM.
