However, lets all see strike action as a last resort to make this country a better place for us all.

However, The labour law act 651(153) stipulates that "industrial disputes are under an obligation to
negotiate in good faith."
Hope they result to dialogue and forgo the strike which is constitutional but does not add any value to the economy.

affects all things, but the leadership keeps counting on the increase as it means to raise capital.
Now, how fo we CRAWL back to civility? The disease will remain 'cancerous' on the economy until the process in Government is re-applied; the KOOKOASE arithmetic is not adding well, and the middle class down is paying the price.

Permanent Staff and about 3-5 Wks or more Temporary Returning Officers, which of the two should be considered for a fair Pay;first!.Again,in my personal estimation,I don't think the Ministry of Finance did a diligent job b'cos,the 800 million GH Cedis is Still on the higher side.Give me the Actuals(Figures) Expended in the last Elections and I would be able to give you a fair Estimates for 2016 Election.
Or, Actuals(not estimates) of last 3 Elections,less Cost of Biometric Machines,b'cos New Bio Machines is not required.What do you talk about; 1.2b GH Cedis to conduct Elections; You must be Kidding!.Endeavor to Pay the Big Boys & the BigGirls Fair Salaries,pls.
