  Too many house fires and building fires are occurring in African countries these days. We should start looking at those cheap Chinese phones. The batteries are hazardous and they are known to catch fire if overcharged. Let us stop putting all the blame on electricity surges and start taking a serious look at those phones being the cause of some of the fires. The companies that makes the phone and their batteries are not regulated, and in light of that they dump theses cheap phones in Africa where it is known that nobody checks to see if the phones are made by companies that are reputable.
