CPP is just a shell of itself now and there is no amount of personalities that will save it. To get the support it had in yesteryear the CPP should spell out what it stands for, what it is willing to do for Ghana and exactly what it is not willing to do just to win elections.

The NPP and NDC are political parties striving to hold on to their tribal basis respectively; they have nothing for Ghana but appeasement of the respective tribal followers. That works and works well for a Ghana that is full of people lacking foresight. Look what happens in Ghana when the electricity corporation of Ghana goes fully private and the very people talking about dumsor finds out they have to pay their bills on time and or that people who engage in illegal connections are sent to prison because private ownership is willing to prosecute. What the CPP needs now is what works for Ghana's middle class (if there is such a class) and the poor; for the past 20 years Ghana has been run by and for thieving elite class and must come to an end someday.
