GO AND PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR FOOLISHNESS. YOU DON'T GIVE A SECOND MANDATE TO AN INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, NO!! NOT AT ALL, THAT IS ABOMINATION IN DEMOCRACY, VERY SUICIDAL. HAD NDC MANAGED THE ECONOMY WELL, THESE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE SITUATION. NDC HAS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES GHANA HAS EVER HAD. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED MORE LOANS THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT IN OUR HISTORY, BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS. GHANAIANS SHOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ECONOMIC PROGRESS AT THIS TIME IN OUR HISTORY. THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS SO CORRUPT. TO RESCUE THE SITUATION, THE POOR IS NOW BEING FORCED TO PAY. THIS IS INJUSTICE. THIS IS NOT THE GHANA KUFFOUR HANDED OVER TO NDC, HE EVEN ADDED FRESH CRUDE OIL WELLS. NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. THEY PREFERRED ECONOMIC "WOYOMISATION" , PHANTOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, PHILANDERERS FOR LEADERS, MACHIAVELLIAN DISRESPECTFUL CORRUPT LOUTS AND A VISIONLESS EVIL GOVERNMENT. Why is it that I read everyday that workers are on strike, doctors, teachers, nurses, civil servants, pharmacists, university lecturers, etc. Some nurses and teachers have finished government training for the past two years and still have not been employed. What a shame! Ghana is almost 60 years old and we still have water borne diseases and no electricity to attract investors. I understand some use the cedi notes to light their fire because it is not even worth a page of the 'graphic'. What a useless government.

Just cannot understand what is wrong with our government and administrators. For how long do you have to negotiate with unpaid nurses and teachers. Would MPs want to work when they are not paid for just two months? Some nurses have not been paid for 22 months. What is their association doing? Their palms have been greased so they don't care about the rest who are working in the villages and small towns but are not paid.
Anyway, nobody uses Ghana's Cedis to light fire. Ghana is not Germany during the Great Depression. It is our leaders that are irresponsible and don't know how to manage.

Prince you have made a good observation but i want to tell you the president and the NDC you accuse of corruption were the same people who were acknowledge for fighting corruption to the 7th position. We need to commend them for their good fight instead of blaming for making the economy hard. The govvernment will do anything possible to resolve the issues in terms of the nurses strike. As the GRNMA said they are still working around the clock to solve the problem.

Those in opposition have a duty to make the government work but not the praise singers. How long should it take to NEGOTIATE ON THE SALARY DUE A WORKING GHANAIAN? Can you see the wisdom in what I am saying? I have experienced it before in Tamale where National service persons were paid their accumulated salaries only on two occasions. Until then, we had to live on the benevolence of some good people of Tamale.
Honestly, how do you fight corruption when you don't pay nurses? Yes, they will exact bribes from the sick. I think that would be their way of survival to fight corruption.
