  Steve Kpordzi reversed all the gains adb made over the 50years during his term with unprofessional banking practices. During his term adb dropped in rankings from 5th to 32nd and below microfinance institutions. The board should have sacked Steve Kpordzi at the end of his 1st term. He recuited his cronies without the requisite banking experience. His model did not grow the bank assets but rather led to massive withdrawal of customers funds to other lesser known banks. The bane of adb is Steve Kpordzi and it will take a miracle for adb to bounce back to its former its former glory in innovative products like the personal loan products.
