Even in her article she seems to have shifted the point of her article to that of the circumstances leading to Nkrumah' overthrow. The point of her article should be something better than she being the best placed person who understands her father's mission.
Another thing, perhaps Nkrumah's mission was good for his day but not any more, has she ever sat down and reason about that possibility.
Samia should demonstrate that she loves Ghana unconditionally but it seems from her utterances her love is dependent on us going back to pick up from where her father left off.
We love our 0sagyefo but really things have moved on so are we as Ghanaians. We are open to all reasons and just one tailor-made political life.

For the country to move on, it needs a selfless leader and an honest political party, and I am of the opinion that Samia Yaba Nkrumah is more a selfless political mandate than Greenstreet, and all the leaders from the other political parties. Ghanaians complain of hardship, unemployment and inadequate health care, but at the same time, engaged in partisan politics which paves way to the NDC & NPP to exploit the people When will they learn to start thinking wisely? The solution to the nations numerous problems can only be solved when the populace come to their senses and start thinking wisely. Is really sad that the negative preaching by ELEMENTS OF SEDITION within Ghana, with the compromise of the CIA and their Western counterparts that overthrew Nkrumah and the CPP illegally are still at work. Until Ghana is able to have total control of her natural resources to be able to meet monetary targets without much external borrowing, a better Ghana will only be in our dreams.

Well said Samia. My problem with your write up has to do with the natural resources. many Ghanaians continue to talk about abundant raw materials waiting to be used for our development. Sadly there is very little of these raw materials left. Gold reserves have been seriously depleted, so are diamonds, manganese and bauxite. As for timber the least said about it the better. It is all gone. The only resource left to talk about is oil. However, we should be careful because what we have discovered we might lose it to Ivory Coast in the current case before the international court of justice to determine who really owns the oil fields we are currently drilling. The French are solidly behind the Ivory Coast in their fight to gain ownership of the oilfields, and if our legal team are not careful we might lose them. So in effect we cannot bank on natural resources as a tool for development. The CPP will have to revise its plans seriously if it ever wins power. The natural resources are gone. There is nothing to renegotiate. The present owners will be quite happy to leave after they have taken their compensation for termination legal contracts or attempting to renegotiate.

The CPP trying to re-group and re-organise as a formidable force against the corrupt and incompetent NDC as well as the conservative and corrupt NPP who represent a class of Ghanaians and themselves should not also witness the vote buying attitude adopted as a modus operandi within the NDC and the NPP. To purge corruption starts from within and any party that gets adapted to vote buying mentality cannot fight corruption because it joins forces with the very fabric of corrupt leaders all true and patriotic politicians try to stop. Samia is a true leader, an anti corruption agent in bone and flesh. What the populace know and do not want to change is that they were born and bred with the "dibi na mendi bi" mentality so it is very difficult to accept somebody who want to introduce merits and clean sheets in the system.
Give Samia a chance and you will not regret it. Vote any of the opportunistic parties and you will be sorry for life. The Ghana you see today is in a very bad shape. In 10 years time Ghanaians will regret but like 1966 you can never reverse time.
