Kwesi, the issue of the Ghanaian National Security is that history tells you that they are political foot soldiers, (some of whom are rogues and potential criminals)who are hand-picked by their political masters. Sadly enough, that appears to be the norm, making nonsense of their job ethics and code of secrecy, which is crucial in ensuring national security. Recruit qualified personnel on merit and offer them professional training, not just providing guns, ID cards and vehicles with free fuel to make them security operatives!

If it were to be any civilized country the national security should take charge, like America the FBI would have taking charge of this mystery murder but look at how they are handling it in Ghana? Because the BNI is not well trained to do such work for the country but for a government and party in power. So all they know is take arms, ID cards and free fuel go all out to brutalise people who don't sing praises for the government but attack the government for corruption and stealing, ooh go out there to intimidate voters on election time that's all they trained for. Its damn sickening.
