  In most countries there is a tax on Interest from saving.Its time Ghanians pay taxes,even the Kenkey or Ice water sellers must pay tax.
  Funeral celebrations and churches must also pay tax.

  I don't think govt should worry about it, because if all those stolen monies I.e. Gyeda,Suba, woyome, Sada, Nss, metro mass , DVLA etc are retrieved the short fall can be compensated for.
