  The first Chief of staff of the NPP Kufour's government was Obetsebi Lamptey, and we all saw how he was changed to the Tourism ministry. I do not think people with higher intelligence about national development saw it as a demotion. However if there is any one to think that way then it coulld be only the village oriented ones who lack the understanding of national issues that put a nation ahead in development.
  
  We as nationals of Ghana basically should not think so low that any change of a minister to other sector of the national ministerial body means demotion, what about the other minister of interrior, does it mean that the ex-minister of interrior is a low level minded person?
  
  In reality in government every branch of the government matters much, therefore there should not be an iota of feeling that the changing of a minister from one ministry to the other means demotion. The ministers hold different positions but are designate to offer services that could help develop our nation, since all of them matter much to national progress.
