An Order from the Regulatory Body (BoG)to Cease to Collect Deposit,while a short period is allowed(DKM)to pay Clients.Or,a Class Action in Court is better. This has nothing to do with Politics-NDC or the Sitting President. If that was how the System works, Mahama as the President,should Sign and issue Ghana Passport,for example .Could you imagine that!.It's impossible for the President to use his Executive Powers to do anything in this Case.Unless he's the Equity Share/Stock Holder of the Company (DKM).In which Case his Powers as the Director of the Company behind the Scenes,and Not b'cos he's the President!.
