In 3RD world countries women are subject to far more physical abuse and rape. They have no resources or limited resources to help them. Bloody attitude of men in poor countries reflect their lack of understanding of what rape is about. Not sex, but violence and abuse. Men who rape are weak. They feel less then men in the eyes of the public and their peers. So they take their anger out on those who are physically weaker then themselves. Rapists are the lowest of the low. In the US when they go to jail they are beaten and raped by other inmmates!
