The last time, Muslims burnt down a christian Mission house in Atebubu and that one too he did not condemn it. Muslims went on demonstration in Takoradi for equal right in Christian schools and that one attracted condemnation from Mahama against Christian missionary schools. Why is it so? Is it because Mahama sees christians as too docile to be respected?

Ghana is paying six times its total oil revenue as interest on the country’s total public debt stock; that’s the computation done by former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.

“We’ll reach GHC99billion by the end of this year 2015,” the Running Mate to the Flagbearer of the biggest opposition Party said in a post-budget presentation interview with Richard Sky of Citi FM.

“The interest on this debt alone is going to be six times Ghana’s oil revenue,” Dr Bawumia said.

“When we found oil, we were happy that we found oil, but the borrowing of this Government has compromised the whole oil discovery; you need six times our oil revenue just to pay interest on the debt, not even capital, so, it is a really sad development,” he complained.

There is absolutely no reason in thinking the President does not about this people. It only place the President in the light of some one who has respect for what is termed, "due process"

In a meat and dairy products deficient country like Ghana, who are better placed to redress this problem than the Fulanis? After all, who keeps cattle better than them? They've been keeping cattle for us in the Battor area for ages and one never heard of these issues. Sure, some have become dishonest, selling a cow and claiming it was stolen. Sure, Fulanis cattle ate even my own brother's special maize seedlings meant for poultry feed in the Ho area, but all this does not merit teh xenophobia with whch the incompetent and clueless are tackling these conflict of interests.

Surely, there are vast tracts of Ghana which can be allocated to the Fulanis to graze their cattle. I recollect when we kids travel to and fro Accra and Anloga, one sight we look out for is the cattle grazing on the Accra Plains.

The law of the land incorporated with our traditional ruling of our kings and chiefs should prevail because even before colonization and our independence our Ghana was ruled by our kings, queens and chiefs our towns cities and regions were rule peacefully and for that matter when the country was colonized the governor of the country set up two rulings of the country namely, government police and the local authority police under our kings, queens and chiefs. In this respect any foreigner which cannot obey of our laws then they should not be allowed to enter the country in the first place. The young students and the new generation should be encouraged to learn animal farming and agriculture so that we can feed ourselves without importing the herd of cows and coats if we have good weather that attracts Fulani.

The ludicrous thing is that some Voltarians have assumed Asante names, while some Akans have embraced cognomens that are typically Ewe or northern names. You wonder whether ADWOA WANGARA is trying to hide gender or ethnicity.

Because of these incessant insults accompanying the utililization of monikers , I am urging Ghanaweb to reconsider the use of by names on this forum. Come up with a better way to monitor the comments of the visitors to the forum, and or aid the democratic dispensation of our great country.

Please Ghanaweb, take action asap.

Even in the North, they cannot have any land for ranch and the only solution is to let them get out. As we speak, there is no tribe in Africa that is roaming across the continent without a homeland and I do not understand why the Fulanis love to be nomads in this 21st century?
