  They took their bribes.
  They got dismissed.
  That's their punishment.
  
  That does not preclude their right to have copies of the report, and thus be able to dispute its content, even in another committee meeting or in court ...

  That does not preclude their right to have copies of the report, and thus be able to dispute its content, even in another committee meeting or in court, and have it revised and finalised.
  
  What if someone lied in the report about something they had not done or assented to?
  
  Why should a report written on somebody's behaviour, especially one that has negatively impacted the person, be a secret to that person?
  
  Results of all ALL Government-funded investigations MUST be published because it engenders TRUST in Government. Lack thereof spawns wild speculation. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION!
  
  The Dzamefe Commission's report is still a mirage to the people. Why?

  Some of the suspended judges are indeed innocent, in the case of his lordship Kingsley Frank oppong, tiger eye could not prove by any hard evidence that he received moneys from the investigative team, but rather he is been suspended base on the fact that he had a meeting with one of the tiger eye investigative team, we all know that in law, when there is a case before a judge the judge is not allowed to meet one party without the other party been present, but in the case of his lordship Kingsley Frank Oppong, tiger eye did not disclose their identity before they requested to see the judge, so the judge could have known in advance that they were coming to see him concening a particular case. All this facts were presented before the panel of judges but his lordship Kingsley Frank Oppong is still out of job.This man I'm writing about is a very honest man and I pray courts to re investigate his case!!!

  1. Your "he is been suspended" should be "HE IS BEING suspended (present continuous tense)", OR "he's been (HE HAS BEEN) suspended (present participle tense).
  
  2. Your "without the other party been present" should be "without the other party BEING PRESENT" or "WITHOUT the other party HAVING BEEN present".

  A lawyer defrauded my brother of 5000 ghana cedis on pretext of pursuing a case for him in the human rights court.For more than one month now he will not answer calls or reply text messages from my brother.He instantly went into hiding immediately the money was paid into his accounts and has remain elusive.Obviously he has taken money from his opponents mainly high profile persons who have been bribing off his lawyers in a desperate attempt to kill a case that will not favour them.It will come to a time in this country when corrupt lawyers and judges will be gunned down because of their habit of exploiting and conniving to deny victims of injustice justice all for the sake of money.
