I am very surprised to read this. Why because, in a situation like this murder, the Police/BNI should have contacted the close family members to provide any leads, such as his private dealings, business partners, rivals, girlfriends, people who whom the MP dealt with on a regular basis in the recent past. Infact the use of this ex-convict gives a clue. The contractors recruited him because they know his track record, he may have been involved in some murder in the past. The lifestyle of the victim, JD should have alerted the police to swoop on all suspected persons and seize their mobile phones for the purpose of finding out they might have contacted on the day of the murder. Most likely this Asiedu guy and some others. Let us not leave out the driver of the MP. He is reported to be staying in Kasoa which might provide him the alibi to contact Asiedu at Agbogbloshie on the way home. If the Police/BNI fail to yrace all these leads, and o a lousy job, the investigators must be fired. Laymen seem to know more about how to go about this investigations than the professional agents themselves. Are they afraid to do the right thing? Crime must be investigated and culprits brought to book. Damn the consequences!

Both the police and the BNI are as uasless as you can imagine.

Like you already mentioned, in such a case, ALL persons who the MP has relations with, being familiar, friend, business MUST be interviewed/ investigated.

Unique user names can only be guaranteed on Login and Email accounts.

As a matter of fact, every Email account is ONE and ONLY one in the whole world because no two domains have the same name and on each domain no two accounts can have the same account name.

We have a long way to in this country with our institutions. With all the new developments in technology our Police/BNI are lacking behind and seem incapable of resolving murders. An MP was attacked in the past by two men with the connivance of his girl friend. We are told they were prosecuted in court. Sometime later, the MP is murdered, and the Police/BNI cannot quickly recall the docket and arrest all the suspects in the previous case? This is shocking! Elsewhere, that would have been the starting point. The arrest of Asiedu would have provided the Police an opportunity eliminate the ex-lover and the other suspects. As it is this now, everything that can go wrong has gone wrong, they have read and known the line of action of the police and have already taken measures to conceal their involvement or otherwise. Timeliness of Police action is of utmost importance. They should arrest the ex-lover now and those earlier convicted accomplices before they strike again. From all indications this is a contract killing. The police should stop assuring the family and move to arrest this lady and her accomplices without further delay. And for God's sake, NPP lawyers should put politics aside and help the police to get that lady. Who says an Hon MP cannot be only be killed by political opponents? If you know where these so called Honourables go at night, you would change your mind about them.
