They are inviting trouble for themselves. That person should the pain that he is inflicting in a lot of people's hearts. All these people are thinking I negatively against him. RRemember the voice of the people is the voice of GOD. If God has spoken no amount of intimidation can change it. The truth is only one. If indeed last election was won illegally it means you have sinned against the people of Ghana and it would not end just like that. I fear for a lot of people. My advice to them is that they must not sell their conscience due to politics. The wealth that they are accumulating would not take them anywhere. What is important is your mental peace. You can only acquire it through honesty and fairness.

As for the 2 Ex Gitmo detainees, they were accepted into the country based on Ghana's international relations with the USA and will only be here for 2 years per the agreement. Security measures have equally being put in place to ensure the safety and security of Ghanaians. As for The Syrians, they came to Ghana as refugees and we have laws to that effect which haven't been breached.

We are refusing to grant foreigners access to our country and when such incident happens to you, you will rather prefer entering into their country for safety reason. Educational institutions at all levels as of 2015 has increased by 26% under the NDC government which is a remarkable achievements. Schools under trees are equally being eliminated. On water, Ghanaians living in remote areas who struggle for good drinking water now have access to potable water for their domestic purposes. Small town water project is also been implemented under the John Mahama led administration.

Talking about retrogression, since the NDC assumed office Ghana is being transformed and continue to develope in the right direction. The economy also continue to expand as our GDP has increased from 33 billion in 2008 to 134 billion as of June , 2015. Ghana's educational institutions at all levels has increased by 26 %. There has equally be great improvement in out energy sector to meet the demands of Ghanaians as our population continuous to increase. There are better road networks to connect people to towns and cities and even remote areas.

The incident that took place in Tafo was not an attack on Christians by Muslims rather a misunderstanding between the chiefs and some Muslim youth where the church building was affected accidentally. As a president who does endorse one religion as more important to the other as well as condone violence, he condemned the said incident and subsequently there security service went there to broke peace.

Even the USA where most consider to be the prime model of Democratic Nation to the World, the President does not have to confer with the Congress or other Political Parties before Refugees are accepted.
We chose to be part of the Global Humanitarian league under the auspices of the UN. And it is our obligation to do our part as the Executive could deem fit.
While the President may be regularly updated on, he does not have to append his signature on any approval of Refugees that our appropriate Agencies consider appropriate to accept into the Country.
So, these folks must stop acting like wimpy xenophobes, and looking so left-behind in Global Politics.
Besides, those are the very folks among us who yearn ever so badly to see Ghana as a Middle-Income Nation, and among the elites of the World Nations. Well, with such elevation in global country ranks comes certain responsibilities that only mature Nations with that stature are assigned.
We must also remember that we could as well be afflicted with situations where some of our own Citizens may need the magnanimity of other Nations to be hosted as Refugees.
More, haven't many of us already enjoyed similar asylum in Europe and elsewhere in the past, when we were even less qualified to be so considered than these Syrians and Yemenis we are wining about?
The loudest of these anti-Refugee folks may well be those who escaped the economic hardships in Ghana to claim fake political persecution at home to enjoy the empathy of other Nations that they applied for Asylum in.
Didn't we hear of the dubious multiple asylum claims by some of them in Europe under different names so as to collect multiple allowances and benefits? It took Europe quite a while to find that out, and clamp down on that behavior.
These Syrians and Yemenis are faced with real existential threats. They are humans just like us, in spite of their different religious and even moral background. If any of them would be a problem to us, we would not know until we allow them in and interact with them. Teachers salaries are being paid and public sector workers salaries have equally been increased by 10% across board. The bank of Ghana did a good thing by freezing DKM account to protect the savings of the people of Ghana and not because JDM want to use their money for anything.
