Ask for more Govt $ to acquire more resources for your field officers across Ghana. This year, 2016 is crucial for Ghana but under your leadership, Ghana can be wholly secured because you have already displayed your capacity to maintain the peace. Ignore the noise from the the Government and opposition sympathizers, just do what is right. Be fair, firm and f--- them all the criminal elements. Also, keep the NEUTRALITY of the Police Force across Ghana, disband the vigilantes as you have initiated, fight the armed robbers, fulanis, gun smugglers, criminal 419 pastors and okomfos, etc to keep the peace in our beloved Ghana. Congratulations mr IGP.Meanwhile new King new law as the proverb goes,since by instiling discipline into the police force,you would have to revisit some of the police laws which have been left to sleep.eg is 1,overspeeding on our roads which must be strictly adressed,and by doing so,the Ghana roads and high ways Authority to initiate road signs to indicate speed limits, of 30klms 48klm 50klms 60klms 90,120 etc to be supervised by the police or to simplify it, must obtain automated camaras on the highways and roads to check offenders and make them pay high price for not abiding by the law,and these must be checked by your officers without compromise.Other important things to be checked are faulty breaks and worn out tyres which are some of the core problems that course accidents.We are watching you closely if you can bring cange into the system to reduce accidents which adds to death rate in the country.

Let's say what we say or take a stand when we have convinced ourselves n others through our own parochial lenses of realities n facts. Let's always pray to Allah to always do our appointments for us n add that in Ghana '' there is none worthy of any thing or position . Let's accept what we get n pray that the National n general interest are served rather than jump to condemnation. An optimist view on issues will shoot us up to attain the best that we hope for. The man unquestionably is a well cut cop fit for the job n even higher national assignments. Stop the attacks n denigrating individual policemen esp. Senior Officers n the Police institution. This attitude will erase the essence of the basic state security for all Ghanaians n foreigners on our land.
