  I hope that the new boss will consider these and see customers as partners in building a corporate business where both parties will enjoy such partnership.

I hope the need MD will put his thinking up on and work on this. My former MD you could have done this to win my administration. I wrote you a personal letter but you failed to reciprocate that. Your own perpermanent staff never liked you but we contract staff know what you have done for the great bank. Our concern was for you to convert us to permanent staff but you failed us one BIG time although we do all the donkey job for the banks achievement.
