It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

I am not sure which advisory role she is playing but any role in the absence of more intelligent, competent, learned, more qualified people to give this government an advice has led to the deteriorating condition in Ghana and the nation going backward since Mahama and NDC took over the reigns of government in Ghana. We had eight years of NPP government and times were certainly better for us than we have found ourselves in under the seven years of GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and least of all Woyome stealling from us a whopping fifty one million.
The NDC and its head corruptible Mahama must give way to the NPP.
At least if I am poor but the sacrifice is giving all children in Ghana some free education then my sacrifice is worth it.

Interest rate is too high, inflation very high, corruption out of control, unemployment has become a security issue, health and education at its lowest ebb. To be realistic and clean in mind, there is nobody in Ghanaian politics today that can be described as a person with vision. It was Dr Nkrumah who was a visionary person, but those days are gone.

There can be a visionary person if only that person was not born nor grew up in Ghana. In honest terms all the people with pure Ghanaian mentality can never be a visionary people. What do we learn in Ghana? Is it not anger coupled with political and tribal hatred and sentiments which make us all abuse each other hence where is the one who lives with open heartedness that can make him/her be a visionay leader.

All the so called politicians and their supporters in Ghana live with the demonic mindset that never allows people to love each other so that they will be able to feel free to talk about political and tribal issues with open mindedness that can cause them to be on the road to visionary power, which can help us to find someone that could be described as a visionay person.
