  I don't know why people are still not learning. Why should you save your money with unregistered microfinance? Before you open an account with any microfinance or bank please request for their certificate of incorporation first. Any registered bank or microfinance has this certificate.
  To BoG it is about you educate or sensitize people about these unregistered banks
