It's true that Mahama's wife needs a Ware or store house for all the country's goods she distributes to people across the country. No one believes the statement that its a storehouse for Mahama's gifts. Which gifts? President's gifts are always turned over to charities. When will NDC face the truth. You can call it whatever you want, a warehouse, a storehouse, a chicken coop or whatever, was this storehouse part of the original plan of the Flagstaff house?

What is the President going to use the storehouse for? To sell contracts to the highest bidder and store stolen goods?

We spent over $100 million to build this Presidential Palace, are we supposed to believe there were no rooms designated to store stationaries and other Presidential provisions?

So if my friend Joe Osei Wusu have said a storehouse has been constructed at the premises of the Flagstaff house, would the President and his propaganda machine accepted it? Seems the President not only hate the word INCOMPETENT but also hates the word WAREHOUSE. Warehouse store goods and the storehouse built at the Flagstaff house is also storing goods so what is the difference?

When did the state construct this storehouse at the seat of government and apart from the President and his staff, who else knows about it?

Wouldn't it had been prudent for members of Parliament to have been informed to avoid speculation?

How much was paid to construct the warehouse, oh sorry, storehouse, the President hates the word warehouse.

So the President decides he wants a warehouse, sorry again, a storehouse for his wife to store her NGO goods so he unilaterally decided to add a chicken coop to the Flagstaff house to mess up the aesthetic beauty of place or this is going to be used to raise chickens as Ndc promised to turn the place to if voted into power? Hopefully they will not build another place inside the compound to raise goats.

Why were the legislators not informed before that building was put up? This is not Mahama's personal property and he cannot decide to alter any of the designs by building a zongo warehouse inside that compound.

It is only fools who will believe the President needs a new building to store Presidential provisions. That over $100 million building have plenty of store rooms to store Presidential provisions and we have to find out what this new building is for.

The government will have to come out to debunk the statement with facts on the ground, to shame the member and others, who will be tempted to take such a course in the future. The MP is however aware, The first lady has an NGO and she is using this to more lots of goodies around the country. In recent times, we have sighted branded chocolates of the first lady and the first gentleman. You see Nii, because of our recent history, when branding is mentioned, everything that goes with it is viewed with suspicion.The first lady has also been distributing branded textiles cloths, branded outboard motors, etc etc. I am yet though, to see branded iron roofing sheets! In the first place, why the sudden need to construct a 'storage to keep presidential gifts' in this late stage of the administration'. Are you aware, President Mahama and the Ndc spent over $ 4 billion in four months prior to election 2012? This single act, spawned four years of Dumsor, paying high prices for petroleum products, when all the nations in the world are paying for less. Even so, we are being slapped with atrocious taxes and levies, high tariffs for water and electricity. Please, please, use the little brain matter you have got left. If you are a part of the thieving gang however, go ahead and enjoy the loot whilst it lasts.

Is there a warehouse or storehouse or outhouse of some sort, at the Flagstaff House, employed as a storage place for items used by the First lady in her NGO work? Yes or No? If yes, who approved the construction of such a storehouse and how much was involved? Where is the expenditure for that outhouse constructed by the State, captured in the budget and approved by the State?
These are serious questions that needs to be answered when the Flagstaff House is supposed to be a security zone and carefully designed to reflect such status. The First Lady can conduct her NGO work and infact, she is encouraged to do that, but it cannot be from the Flagstaff House and as to why, that is the case is mind-boggling. It again raises the issue of leadership, leadership, leadership and it is worthy of note, it is absolutely non-existent in the John Mahama NDC gov't.
We hope after the MP of Bekwai raised this issue, just like the headmistress of Kperisi, the lawyers including Nii Armah Ashietey, their lives would not be under danger under this Mahama-led NDC gov't.
