  Glad my compatriots in Ghana are coached on Ethics and lead generation. Lead generation as a matter of fact is the cornerstone of repeat business and it stem from how one threat his sphere of influence.I have been doing business in the Washington Metro area for about 13 years and i do get 90 of my transactions from referrals. This is due to the high level of care and professionalism i offered my clients. Trust worthy is one things clients never take for granted. But once you build trust and help clients purchase their dream home. You leave an indelible mark in their mind and your name is first to mention anytime a friend or co-worker ask for a realtor.
  Also, once the transaction is complete and had received this fat check, buy something little in appreciation for working with you. A post card with thank you note, little something for their kids with monthly mails or emails to check on them.
  One area i would ask GREPA to focus on is quality of service realtors render to Ghanaians. Always write new laws to help the realtor be respected by society. Make the online listings conform to a particular code and standards. I visit Ghana web real estate section and i cry all the time.
  If Ghanaian s will allow me, i will move down and really restructure the real estate industry. I believe i can make it more attractive to foreigners.
