It's because of embarrassing mistakes of this nature that people label him and his administrations as being incompetent. This kind of mistake hasn't happened in any administration in Ghana's history except Mr. Mahama's. I hope he'll now understand why people blame him for being incompetent.

So, Negro (Mr. Kwarteng Arthur): You should have "proof-read" the whole brochure or parts of it before it went into production. Further, you should have equally read it a few days before putting them out in the public. You had one (1) year to plan for this, so there wasn’t much time excuse wouldn’t hold water.
However, my question is this: Did this dumb-ass Negro at the ISD even whisper into the ears of the President, or the VP, or any other high ranking official about the gargantuan error of "making Uhuru Kenyatta the President of Ghana" for all events, BUT Ghana's own Independence anniversary? You must be kidding!!
And these bone-headed Negroes were at it again after the function, when “ the new President Uhuru Kenyatta of GHANA “was abandoned to fend for himself, because for 15—20 long minutes, there wasn't any VEHICLE to take him to his new presidential home, called the Flagstaff House. What a SHAMEFUL ACT? Former President Rawlings saw that and had to go to him to engage him in some conversation to while away the waiting time. What a BAD DAY that was!!

need to think twice before executing any evil plan. The brochure was supposed to go under scrutiny two months before the d-day but Mr President and all his ministers sat unconcerned for such a big disgrace to happen to mother ghana.
Where is our country heading towards? Imagine a Kenyan newspaper making mockery of Ghanaians just because one fool failed to discharged his duty successfully.
This awful blunder caused by certain buffoons to Ghana is not only mind bugging but also anomalous. This tells you the level of incompetence in the government. If just a common anniversary program could be handled in such manner, then can you think of what happens to the 200 page loan agreements documents that they sign with foreign companies and institutions. Nobody cares to read and they sign them off as if there is no tomorrow. With people like these in position of power are you surprise why Ghana attracts 11% for our sovereign bonds while Ivory Coast attracts 9%. When a document is given to them they do not read. They just sign it. Even the IMF has made comments on the quality of documents prepared by this government and submitted to the institution on several occasions. Various instances of factual mistakes, spelling and typographical mistakes, wrong grammar and calculation mistakes have all been picked up by the IMF from documents submitted by this Government. The simple reason is that they don't care. If you like lets take all the contracts and other documents that the NDC has executed and go through them with a brush then you will see the kind of shoddy work being done by this government.
