Information Services Department staff like several others in many departments are sitting in 'blackout' offices doing nothing, only to be paid with the tax payers monies at the end of the month. All John Mahama knows is to be called His Excellency, ride in State cars, and be saluted by foolish soldiers, policemen and women, judges and other so-called eminent/vvip people. He has destroyed our Economy, brought untold hardships to the people, bribed his way and stolen elections. Yet stupid Ghanaian 'gaping sycophants' look on and call him His Excellency.
