What if Dr Zenator registers before the election and decides to stand as INDEPENDENT candidate for Korle Klottey. Are you going to go to court to stop her? Have you realised now why your suit is premature? The Judge will dismiss the suit with costs awarded to Dr. Zenator.

Law says be registered before contesting. Be 18 before registering. There is nothing like "will" in law. I WILL BE THIS AND I WILL BE THAT. doesn't exist anywhere.

There is know law that can prevent her from contesting. The only problem that could prevent her to contest is the party ID. As long us she is with her party ID ( NDC ID Card). There exist a green light for her.
