Because the whole workers of the ISD came out and condemned their boss public appology as they claimed they did not do any work on the brochure but was done by someone in government. so in order to save the head of the government, he must have been quickly bribed to come public and accept responsibility. God have mercy on Ghana as nothing seems to work for us or may be we don't learn from our previous mistakes.

This was deliberate and not a mistake. What would have happened afterwards if Christians had retaliated? Does it mean that Muslims are agents of Satan who has vowed to destroy the church? This is why Mahama should have condemned the Muslim youth for this needless provocation but unfortunately he did not. Unbelievable how complicit the PRESIDENT is involved in this ignominy. NDC is nothing but a criminal gang that has Ghana under the gun for wholesale robbery. I tell you the president and wife are neck deep in this contract and failure to execute. You can see how quickly this poor guy tried to claim responsibility that backfired and how NDC is not asking for his neck. Very, very, very stinky and shameful. Even if you are a criminal you do not commit crimes to tarnish the image of your family. What NDC has done is to expose the DIRT in Ghana to the whole world. There is a price to pay for this kind of mediocrity. It paints us DUMB ASS people with little or no understanding of English Grammar. People who do not know their place in the world as we do not know our location on the globe. People who do not know the name of their own elected president. People who can only rant but cannot spell.
