  If that lawyer was saying the minister was performing his official duty why not sue his office instead of him in person,why compel him to come to court when you knew he acted in the name of his office,why use their names as individuals in the case when the charge is against the various institutions they head,is it the reporter who is being ignorant here,why say John Kudalor when he was not even IGP when this case started,why will the court even charge AG,IGP and regional ministers for contempt of court when the issue is about their various organizations,who is going to pay the money,is it not the government?

  Corney,The journalist is a lay man.The suit is against the institutions,they have to send a''company' lawyer but because they failed to be represented which is why the head of those institutions are being sited for contempt.

Money totalling over one billion dollars stolen by ndc government..... Never in the history of Ghana......   This is a clandestine move by the EC to blot the register further. NPP please be on guard. If you are doing a pilot of an impending election dont you rather enact voting scenarios? Why pilot registeration when you the EC boss had fought against new voters register. Since we are rather going to vote and not register on nov 7th, I see this pilot as having a hidden agenda. This is how I think they can do it. Apart from the published polling stations, other polling stations would be opened in NDC Strongholds, either openly or hidden to secretly register unqualified people. NPP BE ON GUARD PLEASE!! How can you say you are doing a pilot registeration when we are not creating a new register. These NDC thieves aided by the EC chair anticipates that carting people from the border countries will be a problem. Besides most Ghanaians including those in the NDC has seen the ineptitude of this govt, so there is fear of masive swing votes in favour of the NPP.
