Well,he is heading to International Court where the ruling will not be based on emotions or court of public opinion but the law,you know when you work for somebody even if it is one hour you get paid,if you fire somebody you pay him the hours or days he worked for you,you don't ask a contractor to go to parliament to seek approval before you award him a contract.

Woyome went to court to obtain judgement,he did not put a gun on anybody's head to get paid,the law is clear,the person who gave the money out was the one that caused financial loss to the state if any,but we left those people and charge the person who went to court to obtain the judgement,are we saying he defrauded the court,that judge didn't know he deserves payment,why not charge the judge too,it was a lost case before it started.

Why in the case of Dan Abodakpi,Victor Selormey,Tsatsu Tsikata,Kwame Peprah,Ibrahim Adam and others the Kufour government did not charge the receivers of those contracts but the signatories to those contracts if we believe Woyome is the one to be charged,why in this case we left the real culprits and went for the wrong person who used legal means to obtained judgement,is that part of the rule of law we believe in?
If you freely give something to somebody you don't call the receiver a thief,I don't know any culture in this world where such a person is called a thief,Woyome is not a thief,it is not proven anywhere.
That Attorney General and her deputy should resign or be sacked for wasting tax payers money to fight a losing battle,when she rushed to say she will appeal without sitting down with brains in her department we told her in this forum that she was going to lose and the former CHRAJ boss,Ermile Short prominently said it that she will lose the case but that woman didn't listen,she wasted our money to fight that losing battle and here we are back to square one.
She needs to go,she has no clue.

Woyome should not pay that money up until the International Court ruling,the Supreme Court ruling was a bogus ruling,if he is not going to challenge the ruling in International Court then he can pay the money as a respect to the ruling of the highest court of the land,if he intends to challenge the ruling in International court he should not pay up until the ruling.

You are a bad citizen who has no love at all for his country. Were you in Ghana recently when it was brought to our attention that children are sitting on the floor in schools? Do you know that today as we talk about Woyome, there are pregnant women and nursing mothers at Ridge hospital and Korle-Bu who are lying on the floor in wards and on corridors, all in the capital? Do you know that in other parts of the country, pregnant women and the very sick are transported in wheel barrows to places that are not even qualified to be called hospitals? Do you have any sympathy for the less privilege citizens of Ghana. Is there anyone in Ghana who want it to progress? Where are patriotic citizens of Ghana? How can anyone love a political party (formed just yesterday) more than his country?

He is a fraud. He promised to pay at the end of December last year. He failed to pay. Now he wants to pay this money off in three years by installment arrangements. He is a thief who got caught by tangling with Kennedy Agyapong. Let him play the delaying tactics. The Ndc will not be in power forever. You mentioned Selormey, he will pay the principal plus interest even if it takes hundred years.

The cardinal principle of law is that in any legal situation, one is innocent until proven guilty. The lawyer of the accused has stated the categorical truth that in the case of Ghana and Woyome, these very sprats who were so horribly mired in the proven cases of bribery and corruption, cannot be set to catch another sprat and be expected not to apply that principle to free the suspect. Those "honest" judges went to law schools elsewhere where the 'spirit' of Ghana law was not taught.

After all, GHC51 million is such a huge sum that for as many times as that case goes to court, there will be more than enough money to pay any judge and his henchmen sitting on the case. The misdeeds of those nuts have smeared the whole bunch of nuts in the jutebag!.

.To me Wayome should not pay the money but rather the state should go after Npp party.Look at how Kuffuor bought chains to decorate himself and how wireko Brobby loop the country during the ghana@50 by paying people in pollenten bags in this 21st century .Npp will continue to be in opposition no matter the noise they make.God has ordained John Mahama for a second term.
