  Pratt,that guy was not appointed through the process you are talking about,he is not a civil servant,they picked him from the presidency to head that department which the workers there protested,he was not qualify to be there ...

  Pratt,that guy was not appointed through the process you are talking about,he is not a civil servant,they picked him from the presidency to head that department which the workers there protested,he was not qualify to be there in the first place,I don't think he should be sacked either but talking about civil service process,it cannot be that way.
