In foreign countries, when you break the ethics laws, you are either sanctioned, suspened or fined. I think those media houses who committed the crime of publishing thiose pictures should be heavily fined as a deterant.

Few months ago when the gas station exploded in Accra and killed several innocent people, were we not in shock of the graphic and horrific pictures of the ordeal without consideration to who gets to see these images, children, and others including family members were all exposed to seeing the horrific sight. Do we have sensitivity in Ghana? I don't think so. We publish anything, anytime, anywhere and for that matter, no consideration for sensitivity or ethics. Come to the US, they conceal faces and warn the public before they show any such material, not us.
