And when he is married to the step daughter of the Governor of the BoG appointed by John Mahama, then licenses from the Trade Ministry, GIPC, and also entry requirements expected of the Foreign Min and Interior Min well, becomes a breeze. Then they tell us the Governor should resign but the others have done an excellent job!!! Isn't that amazing?

You just need to take a / your car drive it from London to Dover or Folkstone, take train to Calais (France) or ship to Ostende (Belgium) and there you are - you have jumped the first hurdle. Because the case had not been repored to the INTERPOLE, you can then fly or even drive to any other country. Remeber that controls binnen Europe is not as strict as controls from outside the European Union.

In the case of this particular man, he fled UK before the alarm 'blew'. In fact they knew he was in Ghana BUT did not know where he was hiding. That is why the UK Police worked with the Ghana Police to flush him out of his hideout.
